Ordering System has Moved

It is with great excitement that I’d like to inform you of a wide-ranging business enhancement that Perfection Fresh Direct has been undergoing over the past 6 months.
This new development involves the implementation of an industry-leading ERP system to transform our business operations, allowing us to achieve operational excellence, improve productivity while meeting our customers’ expectations.
The new ERP system involves the utilization of a new computer platform that offers substantial business advantages including:
The ability to better service our customers through an improved process for picking more accurate orders.
Minimizing shipping errors.
Ensuring traceability and safety measures for the movement of product right down to the box level.
Deployment of a new online ordering platform which offers multiple functions to provide a more efficient ordering experience.
Key features of the new online ordering platform include:
New web interface and a more streamlined ordering process.
Product catalogue ‘Search’ abilities to find available products and to add them quickly to your shopping cart.
Order recap feature to view details of an order
Functionality to add your most used products to the “Pantry List” to speed up the ordering process
More functionalities will be added in the coming months.
The new ERP system and online ordering platform will officially take effect on Monday, 19th October 2020.
While our team is/has been working diligently to ensure a smooth transition with seamless experience for our customers, we appreciate that this is a major undertaking and that there may be some interruptions while we adapt to the change. Rest assured that we have made every effort to minimize any disruptions for our customers.
One change that customers will notice is a new format of some documents (such as invoices and delivery dockets) however, the content is consistent with what our customers have been receiving previously.
We have partnered with FreshO to deliver the new ordering platform; you will receive an email shortly from them outlining how to login to the new system.
